5. Project Needs
To successfully implement and complete this weekend-based project, we need support for the following essential items. These needs are closely linked to the school's ongoing challenges (such as volunteer teachers with no salary, school bus fuel costs, and daily student meals). Your help with these will directly enable the project while supporting the broader school community.
- Transportation costs for students: Fuel and maintenance for the school bus to bring children to and from school safely, especially on training weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Lunch / Meals for training days: Nutritious meals for students during full-day weekend sessions to keep them energized and focused throughout the activities.
- Printing and exhibition materials: Costs for printing high-quality photos, display boards, frames, posters, and other setup items needed for a professional public exhibition.
- Additional small expenses: Bottled water, light snacks, or minor supplies to support students during hands-on sessions (optional but very helpful for comfort and participation).
Every contribution to these needs will make a real difference—allowing students to fully participate, learn new skills, and proudly share their stories at the exhibition. Your support helps build not just this project, but brighter futures for migrant children.
6. Sustainability
The skills gained from this project will be used for:
- Student portfolios
- School documentation
- Social media storytelling
- Future project-based learning activities
